Can vary from $500 to $3500 or more, depending on various factors:
market (local rates? union?), customer requirements (changing all the
bulbs or just the burned out ones), adherence to OSHA rules (at least a
2 man certified crew), etc. etc.
A semi informed guess would be $1500-$1800 on average.
