Agree Tom, but it has been interesting to see all the views. Lightning here is less a hazard then the damn elk who chew on the coax. Ground here is where I put the bulbs.

I think he made a perfectly valid argument about why the concept of an RF
Ground is important, as he says "in understanding current flow in RF
circuits".
And you're entitled to your opinion.  I'm also entitled to call BS on it.
