It must be a slow day. There were only a few posts regarding how to make an
inefficient Sweepstakes antenna and no tower wench or true north questions.
It is good to hear that DXE handled your issue satisfactorily. I had no
doubts that they would take good care of you. When you got home, where you
able to use the connectors after receiving more installation information?

Holy Crap! This is a zombie thread from early September. I long since
declared
my undying love for all things DXE related.
>From Sept 8:
"To all:
I was contacted by the owner, Tim Duffy who promised a satisfactory
resolution.
The task was passed to Tom Parkinson, who has conclusively proven, in both
carefully measured prose and elaborate pictures, that I am an incompetent
idiot. We still do not know just what caused my problem, and I am 3000 miles
from home and unable to provide any more info to the diligent team looking
for
answers.
I could not ask for more satisfactory service or attention to my needs."
