Their website shows that they sell 4130 tubing and it might be worth
your time to contact them.
Additionally, IMS says they get their 4130 from Plymouth Tube in
Streator, IL. Maybe avoid the middle man and get it from the
manufacturer? Certainly a shorter distance for delivery.
