In addition to the other sources mentioned, The RF Connection
(http://therfc.com/uhf.htm) also sells cable-mounted UHF
female connectors.

Why is it that I can get both male and female N connectors to go on the 
end of coax
but only male UHF connectors (PL-259) for mounting on coax ?
