I'm going to repeat it, because folks are not paying attention. At power
levels about about 100W, it is NOT PRACTICAL to choke any form of 2-wire
line that has an impedance higher than about 100 ohms, and it is not
practical to choke a mis-matched line (that is, the typical
one-size-fits-all antenna fed by window line or open wire line).
Off-center-fed antennas are even worse, because they are inherently
unbalanced. And even if you DID choke it at low power levels, you'd be
losing a LOT of TX power in the choke.
