Do be aware that here in Kansas incorporated cities are allowed to
enforce zoning restrictions up to three miles outside of their limits
into the surrounding county.  Mostly such zoning has to do with
activities other than antennas.

If you're working with a real estate agent you should be able to obtain
any local government zoning or restrictions.  Rural farm ground here
often has an abstract available that reflects all actions on the parcel
since the Homestead Act.
