Yes. Modern vehicles are sources of noise, and the multiple
microprocessors that make them run are susceptible to RFI. The power
feed to our rigs should be twisted pair from the battery to the radio
and should be choked at the battery end of the cable using the Choke
Cookbook as a guideline.
