I would look closely at the 12m element. Is it still there and if so is
the element connection to the boom look secure on both halves?

I had a severe lighting strike at my QTH. My T11 seems affected. Good
power and
SWR on 20,17.15 and 10 . On 12m the power from my 200W radio shows 100 w with
SWR of near 3.0.
Any ideas ?
