This is a pretty good price for an outstanding tower.  Since hauling ten foot sections with a large cross section can be problematic for most hams, I thought I would point out that this tower is assembled totally with bolts and could most likely be rather easily disassembled, moved, and reassembled.  It would probably take a few trips to haul all the pieces with a pickup or trailer, but I think it could be done.

The assembly instructions are here http://www.anwireless.com/assembly.pdf

And starting here you can see several pictures of how I assembled and installed my own AN Wireless HD-70 tower http://www.ab7e.com/AB7E_Tower_Page_1.html

By the way, I have that same 22' Chrome Moly mast and it's a brute. Mine has seen winds in excess of 100 mph with an OB16-3 and OB2-40 on it with no problems.

AN Wireless HD-60, 60 foot heavy duty self supporting tower
(see:http://www.anwireless.com/formore info, specs and present prices).
2 Rotor Mounting Plates and 1 Thrust Bearing Plate (drilled for a Peer 2 in., 2
hole, flange bearing) in the top section.
1 60 ft. Safety Lifeline System with DBI-SALA Safety Sleeve and Carabiner
1 Full set of Step Bolts.
The tower is on the ground in 6 x 10ft. sections and ready for sale/pickup.
Photos available upon request for serious inquiries only.
$2100. Pick-up (only) at my Westminster, MD QTH.
Requires a 5 foot concrete base section (available from manufacturer) and
appropriate base.

I do have a 4130 Chrome Moly ~22 foot, 2 inch OD, 1/4 inch wall Mast available
(sold separately ($200) or could bundle with the HD-60 Tower for a total of
$2250).
This tower can be converted into an 80 foot HHD-80 (Heavy-Heavy Duty Tower) by
adding 2 HHD sections to the bottom and HHD concrete base section (all
available from manufacturer).
