Gentlemen:
I have a US Tower HDX-589 with the small prop pitch.
I power it with 3 runs of 12 gauge stranded house wire.
These power wires and the 2 small wires for the pulse counter are inside
black drip irrigation tubing.
The 1/2 inch tubing is actually .600 inch ID, and has plenty of room for
the 5 wires.
It has been impervious to UV for the last 12 years.
I have no trouble with the tubing, or the wires contained within.
