Note that the data behind my "Cookbook" is sensitive to wire size and
insulation. This is because resonance is a function of inductance and
stray (parasitic) capacitance. My data is for #12; while it will get you
in the ballpark for #10, expect some shift in the curve of Z vs frequency.
