Thank you Eddie...that's an interesting idea.Thanks also to the others that 
replied. I think what I'm going to do is have the electrician do the trench and 
the 220 line, then I'll put in the PEX and probably 3" or 4" plastic conduit 
for the coax along with a length of pull line.This is in FL so I don't have to 
worry about freezing but condensation is a concern so I'll provide a way to
