No, not specific to 30 M. However, there is more than enough detail there, 
design criteria, materials choice considerations, coil design app, and even an 
analysis of the short comings of the Cushcraft design, to allow anyone 
interested to develop their own.

Happy you found an easier path. Just tossed it out there because VE6WZ’s stuff 
is legendary and many have used his work as a foundation.
