I'm not certain that everyone knows that SWOT took the time to sponsor these
awards for submitted logs in the January VHF Sweepstakes. My hat is off to
them as they continue to attempt to drum-up interest in 2-meter SSB
operation (and narrowband operation, in general).

Of course, this news...

... is certainly humbling. Thanks deeply, for the award. This was my first
serious contest effort since my "Leonids Kids" (twin boys) were born, two
years ago. By the end of the first day of the contest, they were clearly
shouting "see kyew" into anything that they could hold in their hands. Very
cool, indeed. :o)

I was careful to make sure that their audio didn't go over the air...I
wasn't quite ready to be a multi-op. :o))

Thanks to you Don, and to SWOT for all that you do to keep us focused on
using our spectrum.

Warm Wishes and
Kind Regards,
Evhen Tupis, W2EV
