Hi All       
      About 2 or 3 months ago a gentleman on this reflector said that he was 
 going to activate EL28. He was going to do this for the CQ contest.  This 
 grid is fairly rare here in TX mostly water.  If that person sees this 
please 
 e-mail me, there or a few of us that well love to work that grid.  THANKS
