In the last years the VHF-DX-Gruppe DL-West, together with the german
magazine "Funktelegramm" created the M(ost) W(anted) 144Mc S(quare)
list. Past years it was quite nice to see, that a lot of vhf-dx-
peditionaers have checked and used these lists, for finding a good
and wanted square for their expeditions.
Also this year our VHF-DX-Group DL-West will run these inquiry of
the (M)ost (W)anted 144 Mc (S)quares.
Please check the following rules and send your infos as soon as
possible. We will collect the datas from 15 december 2002 to
begin of march 2002. Latest at 06.03.03 your details have to be
here! At the end of march 2003, we will be able to spread the results
on Funktelegramm, Funkamateur, CQDL, PR and Internet pages, that
everybody have a good chance to find a recommend square to activate
in the comming saison.
The (M)ost (W)anted 144Mc (S)quares inquiry 2003:
Everybody can once send in as many most wanted squares as he want.
Of course it will be necessary that the wanted squares have to be
in a reachable area from his QTH (eg. tropo stations send in max.
1000km area - ms stations up to 2200km ...).
Also "wet" squares are possible to activate, as we have seen from
several good expeditions in the past years! So if you need them,
it will be nice to give an initial about these onces also - of
course they shall be within your tropo range...

Inbetween a lot of people did recognize the easy way to get their own
most wanted Sqr-list. EA6VQ, Gabriel, built up an automatic search-
routine in his logbook programm! You are able to get the latest

In den letzten Jahren wurde von der VHF-DX-Gruppe DL-West in
Zusammenarbeit mit dem "Funktelegramm" die:
M(ost) W(anted) 144MHz S(quare) -
Liste fuer den UKW-Bereich ausgearbeitet. Auch 2002 fand diese
Liste wieder sehr viel positiven Anklang und wurde gerne von
DX-Peditionaeren zur Planung herangezogen.
Dieses Jahr werden wir die M(ost) W(anted) S(quare)Liste
auch wieder aufleben lassen. Die Umfrage findet ab dem
15ten Dezember 2002 bis Anfang Maerz 2003 statt. Am 06.03.03
ist dann der Einsendeschluss!!! Somit werden die Ergebnisse
schon Ende Maerz veroeffentlicht werden koennen und Jeder
UKW-DXer kann sich bis zur Sommeraktivitaet ein Bild machen,
was dieses Jahr besonders aktivierenswert waere!
Hier die Spielregeln zur M(ost) W(anted) 144MHz S(quare) Liste 2003:
Einzusenden sind die jeweiligen meist gesuchtesten Grossfelder (ohne
jegliche Anzahl-Begrenzung) ueber deren Aktivierung man sich besonders
freuen wuerde. Jede Station darf nur einmal einreichen!
Die eingeschickten Grossfelder sollten natuerlich im Rahmen der
Erreichbarkeit des jeweiligen Absenders liegen (Tropo-Stn. max 1000km,
MS-Stationen max. 2200km.)
Auch die "Wasserfelder" sind aktivierbar, wie uns mehrere Expeditionen
vorgemacht haben - sinnvoll waere allerdings hier sicher nur der
Eintrag als gesuchtes Feld in Troporeichweite....
Hier ein Beispiel zur Einsendung:

Im EA6VQ Logbuchprogramm (VQLog) ist inzwischen eine automatische

Zudem hat dieses Jahr OH5IY, Ilkka, seinem MS Programm V5.1 eine Aus-
