[VHFcontesting] MMT50/28S HELP

I was given a non working Microwave Module MMT50/28S xverter that the 
original owner had tweaked the controls inside. I now have it working but I 
need to know just where to set the power output.  I do have the manual for 
it but nowhere does it give that info.
any one remember this one?
