[VHFcontesting] plans page

I constructed a web page showing the plans of some VHF contesters:

Entries are in random order.  Thanks to Dan K9ZF/R for his assistance.  The
page should load very quickly (no images) and was made with
printer-friendliness in mind.  Reply direct with updates and I'll do what I
can--after all, the snowstorm has forced me indoors the first day of the
contest.
