Lessee.... Rule would read something like: Rovers
Only:....... Unique calls appearing in your log in excess
of 20% of the total stations worked per band per grid
square activated will result in a (insert penalty here).
Gotta figger out how to "dock the log" fairly and
equitably... Gee... any IRS lawyers out there who can help
us out???
