I use and recommend: N3FJP's VHF contest program.  I especially like the 
"post contest" mode that allows me to enter a paper log easily after the 
contest.  Dislike, limited rig support and inability to log a dupe. 
Dupes happen, the program should allow you to over-ride the dupe warning 
and enter the Q.
