[VHFcontesting] TeleTec DXR-U150 Key Mod

I have a TeleTec DXR-U150 and I've offically decied that the de-key delay is
wayyy to long in a contest setup. Is there any mods to elemate this? Or does
anyone have a schematic I can try and figure it out?
