Once the discussion dust settles, we do need the ARRL Contest Committee or the Ad-hoc VHF Advisory to clarify with an FAQ sheet on these issues surrounding VHF rovers, or to reword and clarify the current rules. This reflector has been an excellent forum for raising the issues that need better definition.
