I googled LoTW and Rovers because I'm just getting around to
giving it a try. I found an exchange from this reflector
back in summer of 2006.

Any rovers currently submitting LOTW entries? I have a few
RoverLog logs I could work with.

What's with the submitting from different locations? Do you
generally treat a "grid" as a location?

Any hints before I go off half-cocked? Will I end up giving
up in frustration :-) ?

(I have certificates for W9FZ and W9FZ/R now) Do I have to
get certificates for each location?
