Hi Joe, Bill Olson recommends Directive Systems Yagis for the lower 4 bands and 
also Directive Systems Loop yagis for 33cm on up.. yeah you might say I am 
biased, but I use both on my rover and have for years.. any problem with 
loopers on a vehicle would not be wind load, it would probably be with "tree 
limb" load.. but this can be a problem with any Yagi i think. 

I honestly cannot belive anyone says a loop Yagi would have problems with a 
65-75mph wind!!!  what happens? the loops blow over??? Nah.. I'd actually like 
to hear about any wind problems with a Loop yagi.. (oh gawd, I left myself open 
on that one.. here we go....)
