Having 6m and 2m Es for the majority of the contest would probably do it for 
a rover.

This would be a perfectly acceptable huge score, because it would involve 
working as many stations as possible over a wide area.  Thus, clearly in the 
spirit of Object #1. of any VHF/UHF contest. 

Hope we have lots of such openings across the USA this summer.
