Half the reflector traffic for the past two weeks has concerned such
practices as handing out HTs, a bus full of rovers "manufactured contacts"
and other such operations and their legality. Because these practices have
been abused so badly in the past, the rules are quite clear on these issues.
The questions have been asked and answer multiple times in the past few
weeks. One comment that specifically said "NOT FOR DISCUSSION ON THE
REFLECTOR" has generated a dozen replies already.
THEREFORE let's have no more discussion of these issues for at least the
next month. If you have problems, direct your comments to your local VUAC
member or to your ARRL Director.
Any such posts during this period will be REJECTED WITHOUT COMMENT.
