Noticed this in the ARRL Letter which came out this afternoon:

the World
(LoTW) <http://www.arrl.org/lotw/>. This online QSO confirmation tool is ever 
more popular. 
These are some of the interesting and challenging issues the committee will 
discuss."

Can we dare hope that this means the league will move to add VUCC to the awards 
list for Logbook of the World at long last?
