[VHFcontesting] New Icom IC-9100 HF/6M/2M/432/1.2GHZ All modes, including D-Star!

News of an upcoming radio from Icom, the IC-9100. This looks like a redesign of 
the IC-746 Pro radio, but is remarkable since it includes the following
features including an option DV module to allow the rig's use for D-STAR. 

HF 160-10 Meters- 100 Watts
6 Meters-100 Watts
2 Meters- 100 Watts
432- 75 Watts
1.2 GHz (Optional) 10 Watts

If the sensitivity of this radio is anything like the IC-910H, it could be a 
great "all in one" rig for VHF Men. You can get a look at the rig at the link 
below, and also download a pre-release brochure. No word yet on when it might 
be released for sale in Japan, or come to the US.
