I have learned from the (endless) discussion of rover rules on the reflector
that you are not supposed to enter a contest unless you have an expectation of
winning it. Now here is my problem, due to station limitations and operating
time limitations, I know that I will not win any VHF contest even before the
contest starts. I guess that means that I won't be participating in any more
VHF contests. However, I do like VHF operating and making contest QSOs, so is
there a VHF contest that doesn't keep score that I can enter? After all, I
want to do the right thing by the VHF community by not entering any of the ARRL
VHF contests or the CQVHF contest since I know I won't win it.
