As a rule I don't comment on these discussions but I will on this one.
The most common sense change is the start and stop TIME. Change start time
to 0000 UTC (Friday night) and end at 2359 UTC (Sunday night) which is a
win-win for everyone epically rovers who would not have a late night / after
mid-night drive home.
