Hello to everyone.....Mike and the M2 gang has always treated me
extremely well. I needed some custom made masts for the upcoming EL84
grid DXpedition. They got them out quickly and in plenty of time for me
to pack them for the trip. Hopefully, I will never have an amp die on
me, but they have quickly fixed what few other problems that I have had
with no hassle. Mike and his crew are a quality act and they deserve
our thanks and our business.....

Want to share my recent experience from M2 INC
I have had their 1K2 SSPA for almost a year now.
A few weeks back it died on me.
Called M2 and they had me ship it to them on their dollar and
from Canada this not cheap
After a few days, I got an email from Wyatt at M2 and said they
were going to replace the amp by building me a new one from the
ground up
Today i received the new amp from M2. All costs including
duty//brokerage fees and shipping was paid by M2 INC
Just hooked up the new amp and it is even better than the old dead
one.
I just wanted to show my thanks to the M2 gang that their
incredible customer service in dealing with me.
Many other ham equipment manufacturers could learn a lesson in
dealing with equipment that goes faulty for their customers
Like M2 INC does
Just wanted to share one happy ham's dealing with a company that
has always put their reputation behind what they manufacture.
