Evidently, some have a problem with summer temperature. I have a problem
with May and probable lack of tropo.

Heat and humidity make ducting and troposcatter, which makes for good
conditions and high scores. May ? Some, but not widespread.  Maybe those
along the Atlantica coast or the Gulf of Mexico might like the earlier date.
