[VHFcontesting] FN55 2m only

I will be haunting 2 meters as usual, 1.5kW 13.8 dBd at 110'. No
other bands.

It is the first comfortable weather weekend in a long time so I will
be splitting my time somewhat between contesting and outside work.

I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch but currently it
looks more hopeful for adding bands before next summer's contests...
