I'm working toward using a legacy USB based SDR device (Flex-1500) as an
I.F. radio for transverters, with the SDR & transverters in a WX proof box
near the base of my tower, some 200-300 feet from the operating position.
Are there list members who are aware of a medium to use with that? WiFi?
Ethernet? Fiber optic?
I can see there are adaptors from USB to all the above...fiber seems out of
reach financially, but that would be my preference based on the tiny bit of
knowledge I have...think not micro, nor nano, maybe pico...
I'd like to hear from anyone who knows a reliable way to do this.

Thanks,
Robin Midgett K4IDC
