[WriteLog] suggestion: Check Super Partial

Check Super Partial:  Allow the operator to choose bold/italics/underscore
as well as color for the various conditions.  This way one could have BOLD
GREEN for calls worked on other bands, but not on this band... and BOLD RED
for dupes... and then the other calls from the master.dta file would just
show up in gray (or whatever) without bold.
