What you say below is true for Multi-Single where you give consecutive
numbers across all bands.  But for Multi-Multi, you want to have a separate
number for each band.  Although it could be pretty intimidating to give out
consecutive serial numbers for multi-multi.  Would be fun to say "Five Nine
Six Thousand Twenty Two"!
