I think what Chad was getting at is that there are very few SO2R guys using
WRITELOG.
Many are out there doing SO2R, but not with this program. There are a lot
of things I
like about WriteLog, but have found it to be somewhat unreliable. If it
wasn't for selling
my DVP last fall because I thought WriteLog was so great, I more than likely
would have
used another program. During ARRL SSB I had about a dozen times when the
microphone / SoundBlaster locked up and I couldn't transmit. This is after
swapping
SoundBlaster boards because of the crashes that occurred in CQWW. At least
I took
preventative measures this time and had a desk mic plugged into the front of
the 'MP,
so when I experience a +ACI-lockup+ACI- I could reboot and still continue to
transmit.
Your mileage may vary...
