[WriteLog] NA RTTY Sprint

You can use "Internet Sprint" and change the bands to FSK.  That
will get you the "three qso's between dupes" checking but it won't
keep track of multipliers, it won't fill in the name and qth on
future qso's and it won't output a Cabrillo log file.  That's
why I chose to use the NA Sprint as a starting point.
