[WriteLog] CW PTT on LPT2

I'm trying to set up Writelog to key the rig (and amp) on pin 16 of LPT 2
when sending CW.  I can't get it to work.  PTT on LPT2 pin 16 works fine in
the DVK (sound board) mode so I know its not the interface hardware to the
rig.  I have the ports in WRITELOG.INI set for CWPTTCONTROL=2 and the
CWPTTDELAY=20. The CW output on pin 17 works fine in QSK.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
