[WriteLog] summary sheets - dumb question

I was prepping my SS Phone log for submission today,
and I realized that there is ONE thing I miss from CT -
the CT summary sheet with its very straightforward
score and band breakdown display.

I really don't care for the WL-style summary.
Is there some obscure menu item somewhere to generate 
one that looks like the CT summary? If not, Wayne,
are you listening? :-)
