[WriteLog] F-keys for 10m contest?

Cansomeone send me an example of their F-keys ertup for this weekend's 
contest?  I'm not sure what to program...

Also, I can't get either the "enter sends exhange/QRZ" and "send call 
and Exchange" to work on CW.  Any help is appreciated!
