I am more of a fool than I thought :-) The rectangle (which is taller than it is wide) on the silk-screen implies that the chip goes either up or down. Or so I thought. Turns out that the chip goes in sideways - with the dimple to the right and the chip "across" the rectangle. Sorry for the wasted bandwidth. ***dan, K6IF -- WWW: http://www.writelog.com/ Submissions: writelog@contesting.com Administrative requests: writelog-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-writelog@contesting.com |
