[WriteLog] Recommended Settings for Audio Recording?

I'm curious to know what setting people are using to record receiver
audio with Writelog. 

I'm hoping to record my (meager?) participation in this weekends's
contest, and need to budget disk space!  

In addition to recommended settings, is there a mbytes/min calculation
one can make per method of recording?
