[WriteLog] PTT

OK my PTT is working but it FOLLOWS the keying, that is the transmitter
shuts on and off as a
programmed message is sent.
I suspect there is a command to insert to close the PTT at the start and
release the PTT at the
end of a message; however, I have not found it.

Any clues?
