[WriteLog] Cut figures not possible in WL?

George and All,

You're quite right, I too can get WL to send morse letter 'T' for leading
zeros,
but getting it to send T, N, or A for the figures 0, 9 and 1 is impossible
if any of these numbers appear later in the serial number.

The poor guy at the other end nearly fell asleep after I sent an exchange
like 5NN 1009 in full.
