[WriteLog] Moving the rotator in WL?

I haven't check this out in more recent versions, but with 10.28C, I 
know that I can move the antenna from the "Radio|Move Antenna to This 
Azimuth" tab but I also thought Alt-rz (pressing the alt, r and z keys 
simultaneously) does this, but instead all it does is make the 'key 
click' sound. Is it broken or am I doing something worng?

Is this a function I can add to FKys, Keith?
