[WriteLog] "No Rig!" and no F Keys Bug

I was amazed how difficult it was to make any
contacts at all for a period on 20 meters early
Saturday, but when it cleared up it was quickly
back to "normal", whatever that means.  By then
I wasn't sure I was hearing what I thought I was
anyway.  Almost considered single-band 40 meters!

I hope everyone surpassed their goals!
