I am confused. Are you trying to use the sound card to generate (AFSK) and
if so be sure that you have LSB is RTTY and it should work.

If you are trying to use FSK then you do not use the sound card at all in
any way and in fact it  sounds like you are saying you are getting FSK.

I use the setup with AFSK and have no problems.
