[WriteLog] Stew Perry

Thanks Eric, K6EP, for instructions this old man could follow, I now have a 
Cabrillo file for 
the Stew Perry. The reason I did this was a request from Tree N6TR to submit a 
Cabrillo 
format for Stew Perry.
